Experts say that there is a healthy mind in the healthy body. Good foods will give you breathing and refreshment not only for the body but also for the mind.Both men and women need to focus on food. 

You should be able to identify foods that are beneficial to your body. Children should also provide food according to these foods. These are seven foods that can bring happiness to the mind. 

Studies have shown that seven foods of bananas, pulses, sweet potatoes, salmon fish (kola fish), turmeric, nuts and oranges are both cool and confident. Kiwi, tomato and strawberry are good foods. 


Be careful not to be overly moderate and drink enough water. Avoid excessively cold foods and excessive amounts. Smoking is good for the body, egg and milk.
